We strive to be a good community member.  We look for historically significant locations that are disused or abandoned.  We hire from the communities in which we operate.  Whether it’s a ghost hunter or barrista, we employ from our local community.  We also sponsor local teams and events and use local vendors.  The communities we operate are our lifeblood.
